HOW MANY LOAVES HAVE YE?

In the middle of hopelessness and a state of dilemma, Jesus asked a very intriguing question, "How many loaves have ye?"          It is very unlikely to fathom with the hope that any solution could be offered when found in the situation as recorded in Mark 8:1-10. There was hunger, weakness, despair, hopelessness, scarcity and death in view.  The disciples' response was indeed nothing different from mine or yours except we are schooled and able to comprehend what Jesus did to arrest the situation. To have a smooth sail and end well as a Christian on earth, it is important to understand the know-how and steps required to tackle many issues that bedevil us.  As far as the present world is concerned, problems abound. Ranging from health, finance, marriage, family, business, spiritual, and otherwise, every man is encumbered daily with pockets of troubles.  However, these problems are not designed to mar us, rather, they help in shaping our lives for the greater gl

Must I Be Born Again?

You must be born again !!!

Probably you have been told before in some very rude, unpleasant and impolite manners. Accept my apology, spare me some minutes and let us dig down to the root of this subject matter.

As a rational thinking individual, i have never seen a reason or need to be born again until the truth about my existence was revealed.
You can't just figure out the excess of doing this especially when you are already leading a life that is well defined in your own purpose that is void of God's and a legacy you are planning to leave behind for generations to come.
Of course you don't see any reason to be born again, for nothing indeed seems better compare to your present state in life.

However, there is a major enemy of life. You could have everything on earth at the tips of your fingers, your life presently is not yours. Death comes to every man unannounced just according to the sovereign timing of the divinity.
Jesus says, "For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" Matthew 16:26
Every man on earth today is subject to death regardless of position, age, education, tribe and nation where you come from.
Death is a sure enemy of man with whom man is limited on earth.

But, is this all that life suppose to be?
The earth is created to be inhabited and dominated by man.
Genesis 1:26-28 says, "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth".
Today, the reverse is the case as man is now dominated by death and all forms of wickedness. This is not the original plan of God and this call for knowledge and understanding that is hid only in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

There is a new life of victory in Christ Jesus where man is no more limited by death but have dominion and live henceforth in eternity.
Jesus was a man like you and I, once in the sinful nature of Adam but without sin.
He died like Adam, but unlike Adam, He rose up the third day in a newness of life due the true son of God in incorruptible and immortality.
However, this happened in the presence of many witnesses that man may believe that He is the true son of God for this had never happened before.
Acts 13:26-31 says, "Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you feareth God, to you is the word of this salvation sent. For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every Sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him. And though they found no cause of death in him, yet desired they Pilate that he should be slain. And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre. But God raised him from the dead: And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people".

In Adam, all men were condemned and an enemy called death emerged. But in Jesus Christ, man was justified to live and victory was given over death having believed in the only begotten son of God.
Our old nature in Adam was wholly defined by sin which results in eternal death.
Regardless of our sinful nature however, Jesus was made a sacrificial lamb, washed away all our sins and gave us freely, the righteousness of God.

Do you believe in Jesus?
Do you believe in eternity?
Do you want to have dominion over sin and death?
Then, you must be born again.
The gospel of Jesus must be received, for there is no salvation in any other.
His name is the only name under heaven given among men. Whereby we must be saved.
