HOW MANY LOAVES HAVE YE?

In the middle of hopelessness and a state of dilemma, Jesus asked a very intriguing question, "How many loaves have ye?"          It is very unlikely to fathom with the hope that any solution could be offered when found in the situation as recorded in Mark 8:1-10. There was hunger, weakness, despair, hopelessness, scarcity and death in view.  The disciples' response was indeed nothing different from mine or yours except we are schooled and able to comprehend what Jesus did to arrest the situation. To have a smooth sail and end well as a Christian on earth, it is important to understand the know-how and steps required to tackle many issues that bedevil us.  As far as the present world is concerned, problems abound. Ranging from health, finance, marriage, family, business, spiritual, and otherwise, every man is encumbered daily with pockets of troubles.  However, these problems are not designed to mar us, rather, they help in shaping our lives for the greater gl

THE ALPHA AND OMEGA

Revelation 22:13, “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last”
To every event on earth, there is a beginning as well as an end. Every man on earth had his birthday and there is no one that will remain here forever. Many indeed have come and gone; while the history has it for them as a time well spent, for many, however, it is a time spent in error. Whether short or long, no matter the time spent on earth, the question should be how did you spend the time allotted you during your lifetime.

In our society today, when somebody dies at the age of 30, 40, or 50, it is believed people at that age range are not matured enough to die, in which I quite agree. But, the problem majorly is not how long or short a man lived on earth. Jesus lived just for 33 years, John the Baptist lived less, yet they both fulfilled their purpose. So many individuals have been in existence for 70, 80, even 100 years on earth but all in error and a life void of purpose. David declared in Psalm 90:12, “So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom” But, how do you know whether you are in the purpose of God on earth or you are living in error? Except you turn your heart to God, your purpose is not revealed to you.

My life in the past was a true picture of what a living without purpose could actually look like. Under self-government, I got myself involved in various nefarious activities in which if I have died, my whole life would have been summed up as a life lived without purpose.

What is the purpose for your life?
Are you here to multiply, replenish and dominate the earth as a true image of God?
Or, you are here as a destroyer?
Remember, God is the Creator of heaven and the earth. He made man in His own image and for His own purpose, He created us. Every man on earth today found himself here all of a sudden and without any pre-knowledge of where we are. It was never our decision to come but completely Gods. Hence, to live a life of purpose, Jesus says in Revelation 22:13, “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last” This shows that for us to know everything about our lives we must get acquainted with the One who is the Beginning and the End personified. He is the first man in the book of Genesis and He is the last man in the book of Revelations. In Him is the whole purpose of man defined because He is the Alpha and Omega.

In John 14:6, He says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” Perhaps, you are in a dilemma right now, you don’t even know which way to go, Jesus is the way. He will take you by the hand and show you the way right from the beginning to the end. Please, permit me to tell you that every life living outside Jesus is a life living in lie. Jesus is the only truth in existence; He is the only one that gives true meaning to your life.
Finally as the one in Christ Jesus, even if you died today, there is a sure hope that you will live again because Jesus Himself is life.
There are so many religion leaders all over the world, but out of them all, Jesus Christ is the only one that lives forever. Every other one is dead and their tombs are there for a proof. Jesus could not be held captive in the tomb, even when the big stone was rolled across the entrance of His tomb; He came out of death victoriously because He Himself is life personified.

Would you like to live a life of purpose?
Would you like to start a relationship with Jesus Christ today?
Even if all your days have been spent in error and all you have left is just a few days, Jesus is able to give you a new beginning and the rest of your days can be accounted for a time well spent.

You can be connected back to Him when you believe indeed that He died, resurrected, ascended to heaven and never to die again. Then, you must confess Him as your Lord even as you have decided never to be under self-government again. Once this is done straight from your heart, you have been connected back to the way, the truth and the life. The beginning and the end of your life is fully covered by Him. He is the Alpha and Omega, He will surely see you through.
